Real Estate Transaction Tracking

Real Estate can be really stressful with the amount of people and tasks Realtors have to face! To remedy that I have created a simple notion template that tracks client transactions! Purchase once and you can use this template year after year or even month after month! Keep track of information such as your client's name, property address, possession date, closing date and more! There's included sections for the sales price, gross commission, net commission and deductions as well. At the end of those sections are calculated sums for each column. I also made sure to include a note section for any extra details that I may have missed! Also included is a checklist with post closing processes (feel free to tac on more to the list!).
